Refund and Returns Policy

At Devanshika Fashion, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@devanshikafashion.in with your order details.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or product defects.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled items will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Customized sarees, stitched blouses, and clearance sale items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
