We accept the following payment options:

  • Net Banking: Supported banks across India.
  • UPI & Wallets: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations within India.
  • International Payments: PayPal and international credit/debit cards.

2. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed through secure, PCI‑DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information.
  • Devanshika Fashion does not store your card or banking details.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with order details once payment is processed.
  • In case of payment failure, please retry or use an alternate method.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for eligible pin codes within India.
  • Additional handling charges may apply.
  • Customers must provide exact cash amount at the time of delivery.

5. International Transactions

  • Payments made in foreign currencies will be converted to INR at prevailing exchange rates.
  • Customers are responsible for any international transaction fees charged by their bank or payment provider.

6. Refunds & Payment Reversals

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

7. Fraud Prevention

  • Devanshika Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • Customers may be asked to provide additional verification before order processing.
