  • Customized or pre‑order items may take longer; timelines will be communicated at checkout.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it is shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • We partner with trusted courier services (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC).
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (details shown at checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select locations.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.
  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Devanshika Fashion is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

7. Non‑Delivery

  • If a package is returned due to non‑delivery (e.g., customer unavailable, wrong address), reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
